2023 A/L Exam Date (New) – Education Minister Announced | doenets.lk
Education Minister Susil Premajayantha has announced the 2023 A/L Exam Date. However, many children are waiting for their previous year’s (2022 GCE A/L) results at this time. He had previously stated that the 2022 A/L results will also be released in August. Click here to read about it.
He also stated that there are 3,400,000 question papers for the survey. The Minister of Education also said that the school teachers and the Federation of University Teachers’ Associations (FUTA) are working hard on this.
Accordingly, the 2023 (2024) A/L examination will be held from 04th January to 31st January 2024.
Minister of Education Dr. Susil Premajayantha stated (New Update – 04.October.2023)
In this comment, the Minister of Education further stated that the Ministry of Education has now provided the necessary facilities to conduct the examinations. Also, the Ministry of Education will provide all necessary help to conduct the exams.
He also said that no matter what the weather in the country is, children’s education will not be disrupted. Accordingly, in the coming years, conducting examinations and releasing the results on the respective specific dates will be regularized, he said.
